  M2 - Legal and Ethical Issues: Legal Issues: One legal issue is copyright, this is important to consider as if I use images, music, logos or text that I don’t own I could be breaking copyright laws. In my website I must use original content and content that I have had permission to use as well as copyright free material if I don't do this is could lead to the website being taken down or being sued.  Another legal issue is the data protection act this is the protection of peoples personal data on the website such as names, emails and login details.   P2  Proposal: The Purpose of the website: There are many purposes to this website such as inform, educate and entertain. One of the purposes is to inform, this website informs the audience on the new film ‘Bionic Attack’ as well as the new Sci-Fi comic ‘The adventures of Sophie and Spike’. Another purpose of the website is to entertain, this is done by allowing the audience to buy merchandise as well as watching the trailer and being able to digitally access the comic.
